Guess who's back? Back again. Reel is back, tell some friends. Hoping to get a nice little Reel Revival going here folks. Sure the site isn't professional, sure we review based on what's entertaining and not necessarily enlightening, sure we're young; but dammit, we have opinions and we are going to have them heard. Well read. Who am I kidding, no one visits this site, except you obviously. Thanks for coming and look for ever evolving greatness.

SHREK 2

Not as good as the first. Too many pop culture references to take that title, but at the same time a cute movie, and a good sequel.

MEAN GIRLS: Funny, that's about it though.

CLUB DREAD: With a quarter of the laughs of "Super Troopers" and a tired story the movie falls short. The film is still funny though, and entertaining to a degree.

ELEPHANT: If you can follow someone you can make this film. It had a definite indie feel with a finger pointing at everyone but the individual involved in school shootings.

TROY: This should have been called "Hector and Achilles". The story of the Trpjan War, only bastardized to the extreme.

THE GIRL NEXT DOOR : Review coming

HELLBOY : Review coming

WALKING TALL : Review coming

THE LADYKILLERS : Review coming

DAWN OF THE DEAD : Quite possibly the scariest thing to ever be captured on film. A must see for horror fans.

TAKING LIVES : Review coming

ETERNAL SUNSHINE OF THE SPOTLESS MIND : Another pointless indie film along the lines of "Lost in Translation", if you liked that movie, you'll like this one.

STARSKY AND HUTCH : Review coming

SECRET WINDOW : A good Stephen King translation about an author and an eerie mountain man.

SPARTAN : Review coming

House of Wax: Paris Hilton, Elisha Cuthbert and Chad Michael Murray are teens in a town with a wax museum, but the wax models look a little too real to be sculpted... Uh oh! [trailer]

Kingdom of Heaven: From Ridley Scott (the director of Gladiator) comes this Gladiator rehash... I mean, story of the crusades focusing on Balian of Ibelin (played by Orlando Bloom) who is a blacksmith rising to protect his people. [trailer]
